More WIP pictures and a FO!!
I had to cut this pattern short for fear of running out of yarn. I only did 6 of the 10 repeats of the last section. I'm constantly running out of yarn for projects. I knit very loose and therefore use more yarn.
I'm getting close. Now its just the bind off but its like 5 rows that only bind off 2 stitches. Hopefully it won't be too long before its a FO.
I got some length done on this while waiting for a sports physical for my daughter. It was a long wait.
This is my favorite WIP right now. It's two colors but you only work with one color for 2 rows. I like how its coming out.
This is my first bead project and I like it. There are beads on the top and I have only 18 more repeats then its going to be short rows. Once I get through the repeats it should go fast.
This is my blog for my new business. I've been knitting since Feb 2009 after a break of 15+ years. I first learned from books but picked up again since my friend dyed the most beautiful yarns and I just couldn't collect them. I started to spin in Aug 2010 on a spindle and then on a Hansen Minispinner since Oct 2010. I started to weave Sept 2014 on an Emilia Glimakra Rigid Heddle Loom. I've been test knitting since 2011 and a sample knitter since 2016.

Yes, I have issues
I currently have over 20 WIP (almost 25). One of those WIP I started today. I spin and I should get back to weaving. I'm finally getting around to washing some of my handspun yarn. Here are some pictures of what I've been working on.
My second robot. I need to make 3 for a friend and her two sons.
My lace shawl that I hope to finish before May so I can take it to give to a friend.
Currently on the Hansen Minispinner.
What I just casted on today. This involved finding and winding the yarn.
My lastest handspun yarn.

No Test Knitting For Me!
I did test knit a hat before Christmas but otherwise no test knitting for me. I finally finished a test knit I started last year. Luckily the author wasn't in a rush for me to finish. There wasn't anything wrong with the pattern. Just 14 repeats of 12 rows. I get bored easily so I kept putting it down. I also ran out of yarn. You would think with over 1000 yards I would have enough. NOPE! I only did 13 repeats of the first chart and then only 3 out of 7 repeats of the 2nd chart. I ran out as I was casting off. Luckily I had some handspun that was about the same color and thickness.

It Only took 3 years
I finally finished these gloves! I started these when I started working at Jo Ann. They are made with Patons North America Silk Bamboo. I didn't like the amount of knots in the yarn. It's only 102 yards per skein but there would be at least 3 knots. These took forever because while I was working there wasn't much time to knit. Cables aren't hard but they take time and some concentration to make them right. I am really glad though to finished them finally. I'm trying really hard this year to finish up some of my long lasting projects (ones that are 2 years old and still not done). Pattern: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/sweet-partings

A couple of Finished Objects!
I wish I had more handspun yarn for the Mermaid shawl. It is so nice but I like my shawls a bit bigger. Too bad the dyer has been sick and unable to dye more.
The handspun shawl made from 7 different types of yarn is HUGE! It's more like a blanket and once I wash it, it will be even bigger.

Another WIP
When I get not feeling well, I like to start new projects. I know its kind of backwards. I have plenty of WIP to work on. Something new distracts me from not feeling good. I've been seeing so many lovely beaded projects and so I decided to try my hand at one. I even got a special beader for my beaded projects.
